Do you think sleep is important?..yes of course.why sleep is important?..sleep is the time for us to relax our body from doing works in our daily life.Sleep also can relax our mind from thinking.In order to have a good sleep,we should follow the correct time for us to sleep.Normally,children needs more time to sleep compare with other ages.For adult,we need to sleep 7 to 8 hours per day if not our body not enough rest.It will have large debt causes mental, emotional and physical fatigue..so friends,have enough sleep.k
