I would like to give some ways to sleep well..

Sleep only when sleepy
If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy .
Don't take naps.
Get up and go to bed the same time every day.
Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime.
Develop sleep rituals.
Only use your bed for sleeping.
Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed.
Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable.
Have a light snack before bed.

Identify the times you are most likely to smoke.
Keep a diary to help you determine such risky times. Record each time you have a cigarette, including time of day and what you are doing.
Make a plan about what you will do instead of smoking at those times that you are most likely to smoke.you can drink tea or play games.
Let all of your friends, family know of your plan to stop smoking and your quit date. Just being aware that they know can be a helpful reminder and motivator.
Reducing your cigarette use, including decreasing the number and strength of the cigarettes.

Can you imagine malaysia become like united states.they are very powerful country since they manage to win lots of medals.Where ever the olympic games held,united states always win and be the top three on the medals standing.When malaysia can be like united states?thats the question..Is there any problem with our coaches?or our athletic not fit enough..In this olympic Beijing,malaysia just got 1 silver medal by Lee Chong Wei in badminton.We have to proud with him.He manage to get the silver medal and this will motivate other athletic.I believe that one day Malaysia will improve and be like united states..thank you.

do you know what happened at bhopal in 1984..union carbide began leaking 27 tons of a deadly gas,methyl isocyanate.none of the six safety system designed to contain such a leak were operational,allowing the gas to spread throughout the city of bhopal..it caused thousand of dead..i just want to say that this is one of the tragedy that caused by the mistake from their engneers..we as an engeneer in the future should aware about the safety when doing work.so as a new start we should follow the law in UMP..hehe

emm so sad..last sunday i participated in futsal competition.we play at mechanical engineering faculty..we hope that our group can go to final but we failed to do so..our group name is"puteri mandi"..we manage to be the top in group c since we win 2 games and lost 1 game..our group is qualified to quarter final..at this stage we have to win in order to go to semi final.we try our best and we manage to control the game,we have lots shot on target but we failed to score..it is rainy day and it make too hard to score..lastly we draw and our team lost by penalty kick 3-2..anyway that is the best for us..

haloo!..i was born in kampung Kempadang,kuantan..i grew up in kuantan..my village also in Kuantan.emm what else ek..from form 1 until form 5 i was study at Lenggong,Perak..Do you know about Lenggong?..u can answer yourself..hee.after that i manage to study at NS matriculation college..a new life begin,i not a "budak sekolah"anymore..haha..i enjoyed life there with my beloved friend.i realized that i have to study hard than before..lastly i continue my study at UMP..now i am back to my hometown to finish my degree..insyaALLAH..
